Abstract

There are two main issues in organizational ambidexterity.  Firstly, structure-based organizational ambidexterity argued that the tension between exploration and exploitation can reconcile by creating the separated organizational structure for different activity.  Secondly, contextual-based organizational ambidexterity stressed the influence of organizational context to create behavior for balancing exploration and exploitation activities.  This article argue that he structural dimension and organizational behavior will produce micro foundation which is the interaction between both dimension will produce exploration and exploitation processes as organizational outcome.

Abstract

The promising prospect of bamboo industry is now evolving not only become handicrafts and small enterprises. Stakeholders of bamboo industry need to pay attention on the potency of this industry for its eco-friendliness, expediencies, and advantages. The bamboo industry in Sragen Regency for instance, develops properly but still faces marketing problems as its primary obstacle. Bamboo craftsmen are commonly supplying products based on customer orders. This study identifies the use of catalogue media to promote bamboo product in Sragen Regency. Using study case for descriptive qualitative, this research clarifies that bamboo craftsmen in Sragen Regency need support for development process. The catalogue arrangement process is started from identification of existing products, containing product name, size, usage, and price. Information of producer profile such as name, address, and telephone are equally important attributes for the catalogue. All information in the catalogue must represent profile and accessibility of the related product in order to attract consumers, and practically for its ease of marketing process. These long process, and bamboo handicraftsmen commitment in promotion obstruct this study to determine the efficency of the catalogue in raising bamboo market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consumer involvement in environmental sustainability, relevance, confusion, and entertainment from an ad impression of green against the skepticism of consumers through an approach of how far the company can deliver their messages more effectively. Survey by the instrument list of questions to get 299 residents of the city of Solo who participated in the study. The results of multiple regression analysis found that consumer involvement and relevance negative effect on consumer apathy towards green advertising. Variable confusion positive effect on consumer apathy towards green advertising. While variable entertain no significant effect on their skepticism

Abstract

A company aimed and tried to maximize shareholder prosperity. Shareholder prosperity was reflected by company value. This study aimed to review the effect of firm size, Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Equity, and Price Earning Ratio on firm value among ILQ45 companies registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange. Populations of this study were firms registered in The Indonesia Stock Exchange of the year 2010 – 2014. The research used purposive sampling method based on determined criteria. There were 22 firms with totally 110 data. After the outliers process, there were 18 with totally 90 data samples. Based on these data, this study carried a classic assumption analysis using multiple regression data with SPSS16. The regression test resulted: (1) Firm size positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (2) Dividend Payout Ratio positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (3) Return on Equity positively influenced and not significant to firm value; (4) Price Earning Ratio positively influenced and not significant to corporate value.

Abstract

This aimed of this study is to explain the empiricly of factors that influence the purchase intention of halal-meat by Moslem consumers. This research used Fishbein and Ajzen’s Theory of  Reasoned Action (TRA) as a model. There are four latent variables that being used to construct this model. Purchase intention of halal-meat was predicted to be influenced by attitude, salesperson trust and halal label. While the salesperson trust and halal label was the antecedent that influence the attitude of halal-meat. The method used halal-meat as the object, population that used are adult or married Moslem consumers in Indonesia with the sample is women buyer. Data collected used convenience approach. The sample was 300 respondents in Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Jakarta.Empirical data analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) Amos. The research result explained that there is positive and significant influence between  salesperson trust and label-halal toward attitude, and attitude is positive and significant influence purchase intention of halal-meat. While, the salesperson trust had significant negatively toward purchase intention of halal-meat. Abstract

This study aimed to test whether there are significant non-financial variable to the bid ask spread around each earnings announcement on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of 143 listed company, selected 32 companies that meet the criteria. Analysis of the results showed that the analysis shows the variation change bid ask spread of 0.05. Where the average bid ask spread five days before the earnings announcement rat higher than the average bid-ask spread five days after the earnings announcement. So there are differences in the bid-ask spread significantly between the time before and the time after the earnings announcement. This indicates that most investors still regard the stock as a trade commodity. The analysis shows the variation change bid ask spread of 0.05. Abstract

This study entitled "Effect Analysis of Financial Experience and Income Level Toward Family Financial Behavior In District East Purwokerto. This study took a sample of 85 heads of families living in six villages in the district of East Purwokerto. The results showed financial experience have a significant positive effect on the behavior of the family finances. While the variable income levels have no significant impact on the financial behavior of families in East Purwokerto.
